The firm is looking for a highly motivated and well-organized Executive Assistant for immediate employment on full-time basis.
Stephanou Audit is a well established accounting and audit firm with its headquarters in the city of Limassol offering a comprehensive range of professional services including Audit&Assurance, Accounting & VAT, TAX and advanced Business Consulting. Our clients are publis and private businesses operating across a wide range of markets both locally and internationally.
Duties and responsibilities:
Secretarial duties (typing letters, sending and filing of e-mails, answering phone calls).
Invoicing and issuing receipts
Corporate secretarial duties (Register of Companies)
Office mnagement tasks
Reportin and receiving instructions from the manager of the department
Track various departmentsl due dates
Format information for internal and external communication -- memos, e-mails, presentations and reports.
Profile and qualifications:
Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English (Russian is a great plus)
Previous experience of at least two years in similar position
Ability to maintain confidentiality , integrity and professionalism
Excellent communictaion skills
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a busy and demanding work environment
Ability to work and report under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Strong team orientation and ability to work collaboratively in team setting
