Our Client is Cyprus Investment Firm which provides independent and personalized investment solutions for individuals and institutions. On behalf of our client we are looking for Office Administrator to join its professional team in Nicosia.

Functions and responsibilities:
• Front desk and general secretarial responsibilities, including but not limited to meeting and greeting guests, answering phone calls, dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails, copying, scanning, filing, translations, assistance to managers and associates etc.
• Operating company’s telephone station, dealing with external and internal enquiries, providing communication and connection via phone, email or fax between clients, vendors, colleagues and management.
• Drafting of documents of different type, filling forms, making entries in company’s computer systems and data bases;
• Assisting during the meetings, interpreting at personal or telephone meetings (when necessary).
• Providing office maintenance and support, establishing and maintenance of cooperation with suppliers and vendors of goods and services, necessary for office functioning;
• Performing other administrative duties on request.

Qualifications and other Essential Requirements:
• Degree holder, preferably in Business, Economics or Finance.
• At least 3 years of working experience as an Office Administrator. Experience of work in the company providing financial or corporate administration services is considered as an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English and Russian. Knowledge of French is considered as an advantage.
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Eligibility to work in Cyprus.
